Simple and Easy to Make
Baking bread can be daunting, particularly when you start looking into gluten-free alternatives, too. Our bread mix can be made simply without needing to purchase any specialist equipment – not even a tin! This gluten-free mix is compatible with a bread machine on a gluten-free setting.
One pack of our 400g focaccia mix makes one large loaf of gluten free focaccia. For smaller loaves, simply half the mixture and measurements.
Full instructions can be found on the pack, but simply just add water, olive oil, yeast, salt and sugar, then mix, rest, bake and enjoy.
If yeast isn't your rising agent of choice, replace it with a teaspoon of baking soda-no sugar needed-or use our 'make-your-own-sourdough'. Making gluten-free sourdough couldn't be easier! :-)
