Vegan Biscuits.

200 g Focaccia mix

80 g coconut or normal sugar

140 g vegan butter

Salt to taste

15 g cinnamon

Small teaspoon baking powder

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

Mix all the ingredients together and form a ball. Place in a plastic bag and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

Form into balls then slightly flatten them, bake in the oven for 15 to 20 mins.

Allow to cool.

You can substitute the cinnamon for coco powder or anything you fancy.
