Molasses yeast free bread.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

500 g Soft Roll Mix

1-2 tsp salt (depending on your taste).

2 tsp bicarb soda.

400 g buttermilk (make you own, add half a lemon, stir and leave for 10 mins).

2 table spoons of molasses or black treacle.

1 egg beaten.

4 tablespoons of chia seeds and 4 of pumpkin seeds

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Leave to rest for 10 mins.

Fold and shape and cut twice on the top with a sharp knife.

Place on a baking tray.

Bake on middle to high shelf for 60 mins 

Cool on a wire rack.

You can slice and freeze.
