CARDAMOM ROLLS

Cardamom Rolls:

250 g Soft Roll Mix

4 g instant yeast

2 g salt

2 g sugar

10 g olive oil

260 g warm water


Filling:

100 g butter

75 g butter

2 tsp cardamom 


Follow instructions on the back of the mix for making the dough:

1: Combine mix, yeast and salt in a bowl

2: Add sugar and olive oil to warm water and stir.

Add liquid to dry mix and gently mix till a smooth consistency forms.

3: Cover bowl and let dough rise in a warm place till almost doubled in size.

4: Roll out onto lightly floured surface and spread filling. Fold into 3 and roll out to a rectangle and cut into long strips.

5: Twist each strip and roll to make a bun. Place on a lined baking tray and allow to rise for 30 mins. Brush with a whisked egg and bake for 15-18 mins at 200C.
